Amazing, small business, with incredible customer service. After years of service, with no issues found, I received a staggering estimate for repair on my heater from my usual HVAC company. I decided it was time to maybe start looking elsewhere. The company has apparently gotten too big, and lost sight of what the founders vision was.

Ascent was the only company willing to come by and take a peek, without charging me another service call (I had already paid the other for the heater service). His 'peek' confirmed what I suspected, and had also been suggested by a friend in the industry. The necessary work was not as involved as was initially stated to me, thus not as expensive. Ascent had absolutely NOTHING to gain by coming out, yet was willing to. Because of this professionalism and level of customer service; they have , in fact, gained a new customer.

They arrived, on time, at the given appointment. Handled the work efficiently, and even came in under the initial estimate. I definitely recommend Ascent to anyone looking for a customer focused company! I have already set a reminder to call for my AC service, with Ascent, when it's time.

Bye bye big profit driven business, it was time for a split!

They definitely made a bad time better! My air conditioning unit went out. They were able to put a new one in very quickly within 2 days. At a very fair price. And get it financed for me with a payment I could do. Very knowledgeable. Very clean. And very kind. I would highly recommend them.

Ascent!! Great customer service. I called the lady on the phone was awesome. I joked with her and she joked back with me. That's when I knew I wanted Ascent to fix my shower. Great customer service. Bob the tech. was so nice he explained to me what he needed to do I couldn't understand it. (Which it was on me. Dont know much about plumbing) so I let Bob know I was getting my hubby. I Called about my non working air conditioner and they were able to get someone out the next morning. Derek showed up and he was very friendly from the moment he walked into my house. He was on time which was great! Fixed the problem within 30-40 minutes. Thank Goodness it was a minor fix. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance plan which you can pay monthly. CHECK THEM OUT

I purchased a new AC/Heater from Derek from Ascent Mechanical 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with the unit. A few months ago, I had an issue with the heater and called Derek who came out and found that is was a small part that only needed cleaning. He said it was covered under warranty so, there was no charge. Last night, the AC stopped blowing cold air so, I called Derek the next morning and by mid day, Derek showed up and discovered it was only a capacitor which was also covered under warranty. Since it was a weekend job, I paid an after hours charge and also labor which I was happy to pay on this 106 degree day. I trust and recommend this company and will only call them for all future heating and AC issues.

Had a leak from a garbage disposal. Bob came in and determined the bearing on the disposal was bad. He quickly replaced the disposal and the problem was solved, quickly, professionally, and completely for a great price!! Highly recommend Ascent!!

I hired Ascent because they were local and had a Five Star Rating. Derek, the owner as well as his staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.I must mention that Nikki was very helpful very proficient. She is just a very pleasant person. They replaced my HVAC unit for upstairs. It was not easy job but they did very well. Also very reasonable in their pricing. I would highly recommend them.
